Clean Air Kids Club

If you want to become a member of the Clean Air Kids Club, have your parent or guardian complete the Kids Club Membership Form and send it to Holly Ward at the following mailing address:

These forms may also be scanned and emailed to Holly Ward at hward@mail.maricopa.gov.

To become a member, you are required to be an elementary school student in Maricopa County (grades kindergarten through sixth).

As a member of the Clean Air Kids Club, you will receive the following information from the Maricopa County Air Quality Department:

• An official Clean Air Kids Club identification card
• A quarterly Kids for Clean Air newsletter
• A fun, interactive clean air activity
• …and more!
